How many times, and for how much longer do these “anti-freedom” people think “pro-freedom” people will continue to go for stuff like this? What do you do when the government repeatedly breaks its own laws? Newsflash: the Second Amendment was instituted to prevent the rise of a tyrannical government; not for hunting and fishing, nor for sport! But understand; an armed revolution would never be successful when the people (on both sides) are ignorant to the laws of individual rights.
Imagine S.W.A.T. coming to your house, and your sitting up there trying to educate the rank and file policeman on how he has illegally been ordered to overstep the parameters of his authority. You will lose every time. On the other hand; people who cheer and support the anti-gun crowd need to be educated too. Only law abiding citizens follow the law. Criminals don’t. That is what makes them criminals! Do those people ever wonder why it is that criminals only shoot up “gun-free zones”?

I do see your point. I’m afraid of guns and maybe so are so many other people, which may be why they push for tougher laws against guns. The most polite place I’ve ever been was church.
