Khalil Shabazz as an Author.

Khalil Shabazz
He is the founder of The Heritage Of Liberty Institute and is the author of the ground breaking book: “The Money, the Man, and The CHIP In Your Hand: An introduction to the New World Order & The Mark Of The Beast”.

The Book
This book details the progression of money manipulation and the control of people. It explains the history of “who controls the United States money supply” and parallels that history with the progression of monetary security (i.e. personal hand signatures, secret 4 digit passwords, finger prints, etc.) In this book, Khalil makes the case that one day, very soon; money as we know it, as well as monetary security as we know it will both be things of the past. In a generation or two; using biological implants with microchip processors will be what they are replaced with. This will be “the chip in your hand”.
Khalil is currently working on his next book, which he is not disclosing it’s premise as of yet. Although, he says the subject matter will deal with who and what is and is not a citizen.
· Khalil Shabazz as a Public Speaker.
He began delivering lectures and presentations at the behest of his good friend Professor Griff of the world renowned rap group: Public Enemy. Khalil’s first appearance as a public speaker was in 1995 at Atlanta’s Florence Jackson Academy where Professor Griff was the keynote speaker. Khalil recalls that night:
“I remember after we had wrapped up, and we were shaking hands and exchanging contact information with some attendees, a man dressed in casual street clothes approached us and had quietly informed us that we were “on point” with what we were saying and that he was “sent here” to see what we were talking about. He shook our hands, wished us good luck, and had told us to be safe and to be careful.” I don’t know who he was. He could have been pulling our leg … or he could have been “somebody”. I don’t know. But that night, was the first night that I began to believe that we weren’t just bumping our gums “trying to be deep”.
Since then, Khalil has spoken at community centers, book stores, and institutions of higher learning such as: Clark Atlanta University, and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU).
· Khalil as a Musician.

Power Born (Khalil)
Khalil began his quest to become a rapper in the mid 80’s; just before the “conscious movement” in hip-hop began. Being influenced by this movement, he became influenced by the likes of KRS One, and Chuck D of Public Enemy. Khalil (under the name Power Born) became known as one of the best M.C.’s in his native Savannah. After signing several artist contracts that all went south; Khalil continued to pursue music as a career by moving to Atlanta in 1992. Not only did he enroll in school but, it was in Atlanta where he began laying the groundwork for what would become his reputation as an underground artist. Khalil (Power) developed a small following. With that following, Khalil was able to become an opening act for performers such as Brand Nubian and Rakim.

The BAND
The highest point of his music career was when he joined the rap metal band “7th Octave”. This was a group founded by Professor Griff. Khalil recorded several albums and toured more than 15 countries over 4 Continents with the rap group Public Enemy, as a member of 7th Octave.
Khalil is currently a successful business man, a Paralegal, and a first year student at Northwestern California University School of Law.
